Main Technical Data of the Glazing Calender:

The equipment also named soft calendaring machine. It was installed behind coating machine’s glazing cylinder.  Glazing cylinder’s surface is plated with hard chrome. It is filled with gas and warm up, while, rubber roll is filled with water and cool down when operating. After coated paperboard contacts by glazing cylinder and rubber roll’s pressurizing, under the effect of high temperature and pressure together with microslide, paperboard and coat surface will form a bright luster thereby to improve coated paperboard’s lustrousness and smoothness. The glazing calender  is a necessary finishing device to improve coated white paperboard and cardboard’s surface luster quality.
